The Smiles Studio is an Independent, non- corporate, clinician led mixed practice, situated in a spacious purpose built fully airconditioned premises just off the high street of Lymington Town.

Lymington being an affluent retiree’s town, the position would suit someone who would like to have a secure core NHS patient base and income whilst having an opportunity to provide private treatments that are not available on NHS. The NHS patients are generally low treatment need as you will be taking over a well - maintained patient base.

Ideal candidate will have an active Performer Number. Tier 2 applicants are welcome to apply as the practice holds an active Sponsorship license.

The position offers up to 7500 UDA’s with an excellent UDA Value.

Private and Lab bills are shared 50/ 50.

The practice is an approved training Practice with an approved Mentor, and we will consider candidates for PVLE.

Principle is an Implant Dentist and accredited ADI Implant Mentor. Sister practice is equipped with CBCT Scan and 3 Shape digital scanner, both the practices are fully equipped to provide all aspects of Implant Dentistry. If you have existing or future interest in Implant Dentistry, then this position would be an ideal one for you.

The practice also offers short term orthodontics and sedation and benefits from hygienist, treatment coordinator and full time on- site Practice Manager. The practice benefits from dedicated staff room, use of Exact Dental Software, Rotary endo and Digital X-rays

The Smiles Studio is a part of Chris Barrow Business Academy and the incumbent will have full access to Chris Barrow Associate program, network and forum.

On Target Earnings for the position is in excess of 100K per annum
