Our vacancy

Dental nurse/ Receptionist

Our usual working hours: Monday to Wednesday & Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. Thursdays opening hours are 9 am to 7.30 pm alternate Saturday mornings (8.30 am to 1 pm) as per rota.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing chairside support for clinicians
• Supporting patients undergoing treatment 
• Decontamination and infection control 
• Maintaining adequate stock
• Meeting CQC standards  
• Reception duties, including prompt response to customer enquiries on phone/social media/emails.
• Welcoming patients to the practice and ensuring a comfortable and relaxed environment is maintained.
• Work with the team to ensure that every patient leaves the practice after their appointment having a 5-star experience.

Essential Experience:

• GDC Registered Dental Nurse 
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Experience with EXACT would be an advantage

Hours

Full time/ Part-time - hours to be discussed at interview.
