Affinity dental clinic is a privately owned, long-established and well-equipped mixed practice in Basildon town centre. Premises are air conditioned and well maintained, the practice is a multi-disciplinary family orientated dental clinic and supporting staff are GDC- registered, experienced, friendly, and hard working.

We are looking for an associate dentist to take over an existing list of NHS and Private patients.
Practice was established in 1962 in a commercial building, located centrally in town square, owned me for over 21 years. 

Basildon town centre has recently been undergoing a £300 million face lift with a new cinema complex, multiple new commercial and residential buildings under construction, creating an ever-expanding business opportunity for us.

Practice offers full range of dental treatment, providing fixed and removal Orthodontics, minor dento-alveoalr surgery, dental implants including bone augmentation, Cerec, all aspects of cosmetic dentistry and more, providing an excellent opportunity for new associates to learn new skills and broaden their expertise and an exceptional remuneration opportunity for experienced associates in an ideal working environment.

Most of our existing patients have come to us in generations and have a friendly, informal relation with their dentists. We receive 3-4 new patients a day, primarily on recommendations but also due to our history and prime location. Please read our google reviews for patient feedback.

Practice is well organised, and our workflow is optimised to maximise efficiency and minimising time wastage, resulting in exceptionally high turnover which has benefited both the associates and the supporting staff, as well as allowing the practice to invest in new technology and equipment.
We have used Care Stream dental software (and its predecessors) since year 2000 and digital radiography since 2006. 

There is a fully equipped spare surgery as a backup. We have two part time very experienced dental therapists who look after majority of our periodontal treatments.

Up to 9000 UDA’s at £11-13 (based on experience and performance) and a substantial private turnover is shared 50/50. Associates providing cosmetic dentistry have in average grossed £50k pa in addition to their NHS activity.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5, Saturday mornings 9-1 is also available.
