Associate Dentist

We are looking for a private associate dentist 4-5 days a week with a small NHS contract. Our well established and highly respected independently owned mixed practice is based on the South East London/Kent Borders. This post will suit a dentist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who possesses the ability to build strong, long lasting rapport with both patients and colleagues; a strong team player.

The practice is long established with four surgeries. We have a large NHS contract and a substantial list of private patients. The practice is fully computerised with the latest EXACT software, digital x-rays, rotary endo and an iTero scanner.

We have an excellent team some of whom have been with us for many years. We employ a high calibre of staff. The entire team genuinely get along really well with each other and enjoy working at the practice. Our experienced support team are reliable, trustworthy, and professional and include excellent nursing and reception support along with two hygienists and a practice manager.

The patient base is very loyal and long established. The practice continues to see growth in new private patients looking to join our books due to our excellent reputation.

The patient pool for this position is private with 500 UDAs (mainly for children) at £11 per UDA. 

50% private, 50% lab bills.

Up to £120,000 private income dependent on days worked and skill set. 

4/5 days a week

It would be a benefit for the applicant to provide Invisalign and restore implants, but these are not essential for the right applicant.

Applicants must be fully qualified, GDC registered with an NHS performer number and at the very least have 5 years post VTE clinical experience.
