Dental Nurse - Compliance Lead

Experienced Dental Nurses looking to progress their career are welcome to apply for this newly created Senior Dental Nursing & Compliance Lead role. 

This post would be ideally suited to GDC registered Dental Nurses looking to progress their career in to Assistant Management and Practice Management long term, with key responsibilities for CQC compliance and regulatory activities within the practice. This is a full time opportunity.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years experience either within dental nursing or be a GDC registered Dental Nurse with at least 5 years previous admin or management experience in another sector.

The successful applicant will be joining an established and growing team of experienced clinical and support staff as the practice expands their offering to include restorative dentistry and facial aesthetics through their dedicated Medi-Spa facilities. 

The practice offers patients comprehensive treatment choice through the delivery of NHS and Private General Dentistry and Private Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. 

The practice offers extended opening to offer patients the widest choice of treatment times, with all clinical and support staff working extended hours on a rota pattern to share workload across the team. 

You would be working in modern, state of the art facilities using the latest digital systems. Familiarity with Carestream R4 and iComply would be advantageous, but is not essential for anyone who has used other dental software.
