Dental Associate

This Independent Mixed practice are looking to recruit for a Permanent associate, to work on a Full time basis, working at their Sittingbourne site.

This is a Full time role, working Monday to Fridays. From 9am-5.45pm

Start Date - ASAP

Practice are offering 6000 UDA's , paying up to £10.50 per UDA . All lab bills will be split 50/50.All private work will be split 50%

Associate Dentist will be taking over an existing patient list

Surgery has 3 treatment rooms, fully equipped with Digital X-rays.

The surgery has been established for 25 years and has an excellent patient flow.

Passed CQC compliance inspection.

Management support, This practice has a Practice Manager who takes care of all day to day operations.

They also offer CPD support. Offering a range of opportunities to allow the associates to develop their skills. This includes simple software training or negotiating group training with Invisalign. They also assist and guide their associates who wish to further their knowledge and clinical skills in a variety of areas such as implant and facial aesthetics courses amongst others.

Clinical Support provided The owner has been practising dentistry for 16 years working in NHS and Private sectors. He is also a Clinical Adviser for NHS England and so can advise on any aspect of NHS regulations.

These practices are members of the Comply Clinical Governance programme that all associates have access to. This database provides an array of learning tools related to legislation and compliance in dentistry.
