Private Associate Dentist

St Oswald’s is a family owned, five surgery, private practice with an outstanding reputation located in the centre of Midhurst. We seek a capable, positive and caring person to fill the shoes of a highly valued colleague who has been with us for over ten years. We are a family orientated practice offering general dentistry to a long established patient base.

The successful candidate will enjoy excellent conditions, earning up to 50% of their gross from a full book. Ideally they will have previously held a similar position in private practice. They will have complete professional freedom and be assisted by an experienced team. We expect clinical excellence.  

This position has previously required a working week of just over three days (not including holidays). In the right hands a take home income pay of £100,000 is achievable. During Covid the turnover has remained respectable and we are attracting healthy numbers of new patients. When normality resumes it is likely that the team will be looking to increase chairside time.
