This Mixed Family run Dental practice are looking to recruit for a Dental Associate for their practice located in the Marham area.
In a commutable distance from Downham Market, Kings Lynn, Norfolk etc
Start date:ASAP
Full time role, working:
Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm
Candidates must be fully qualified as an associate, GDC Registered and Indemnified
5000-6000 UDAS on offer
£12-13 per UDA on offer DOE.
Private remuneration is based on a sliding scale. Private target per month is £3k
If the target is under achieved and candidates make under £3k, the private will be paid at 40%
If this is achieved candidates will get 50% On all the work carried out
If over £3k and up to £5k is achieved, they will be paid 52.5% on the private work.
If over £5k is achieved they will get 55% on private work carried out
This is a brand new practice, opened early 2020, consisting of 3 brand new, fully spec'd clinics. with Digital X-rays on site and computerised using R4.
As well as General Dentistry, the practice also offer Root Canal, Teeth Whitening, Veneers, Extractions, Dentures, Crowns, Ortho
Fantastic support system as the owners are also practitioners. Supportive colleagues and nurses on hand.
