Associate Dentist

We are offering a fantastic opportunity in a striving 4 surgery practice that has been fully renovated over the past 12 months. The Avenue Dentistry is an independent practice in the small market town of Cheadle which is located in the Staffordshire countryside, a mere 4 miles from Alton Towers. There are good connections to both the M6 and M1. Our long-established practice has an excellent reputation for delivering high standards of NHS and private dentistry

Our practice offers all aspects of dentistry in-house… From smile makeovers including composite-bonding, Veneers, cosmetic crowns, implant placements, orthodontics (fixed and Invisalign) to IV sedation, minor oral surgery, and facial aesthetics. We have a long-standing team that offer excellent support. An opportunity has arisen due to our associate relocating to a different region of the country. We will be sad to see her go but wish her every success!

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and hard-working individual to join our practice. This position would suit an ambitious and passionate dentist that wants to put their skills and talent to use or wishes to develop their skills professionally. Ideally the successful candidate would have experience in Invisalign and composite bonding or be trained in IV sedation. This is ideal but not necessary.  We are a local referral centre for Sedation and take referrals on a private basis.

Our NHS list is well maintained and offers a predictable and steady income with the opportunity for a large proportion of additional private income each month. We are offering 5000 UDA’s at £12 per UDA and a 50% split on private work. It would be expected that approximately, 60% of your income would be based on NHS work and the remainder private. We will happily consider either a full time or part time associate.

We are fully digitalised; our dental software is SOE. We use wave 1 rotary system for endodontic work (Including NHS) and we are currently in the process of purchasing an iTero intraoral Scanner. We also have the added bonus of a very talented therapist.
