Dental Nurse

The Smile Lounge, located in the N13 area of London, are looking for a Dental Nurse, that can take the above motto under their wing.

The nursing position here at Smile Lounge is a little different to most other comparable jobs. They are looking for someone who can carry out the duties in a systematic way. But also someone who can be instrumental in finding new ways of working, finding creative solutions to everyday challenges, a special individual who can take this practice onwards and upwards. Personality, work ethic and a positive attitude to learning outside the comfort zone are just as important as experience and qualifications.

This position is to work Monday to Fridays, Approximately 30 hours per week.
Mondays:9-1pm
Tuesdays: 9am-2pm
Wednesdays:9am-5pm
Thursdays:9-6pm
Fridays:9am-1pm

The practice operate on a Saturday, on an appointment basis.

Duties Specific to nurse:    
-Assisting Dentist 
-Care of Patient and assist with clinical procedures
-Greet and make feel comfortable
-Ethical selling and Patient Education
-General Hygiene and cleanliness
-Medical emergencies
-Cross infection control / Autoclave
-Restock surgery
-Miscellaneous: eg Labwork reconciliation/double up as a receptionist

Salary:
Dependant on qualifications and experience from £9ph to £14ph

This is a two surgery site, mixed. Fully equipped and computerised using Ismile.

Closest station to the practice is either Wood Green, Palmers Green. 4-5 bus routes available close by to the clinic.
