Honour Health Jesmond is an award winning, family-owned dental practice in the leafy suburb of Jesmond just outside Newcastle Upon Tyne. They are looking for a talented and ambitious colleague to join them as they develop their team for the next phase of their growth. 

This role would suit an Associate who is ready for the next step in their career progression, having gained a breadth of experience providing NHS treatments in general practice. Ideally you will have some experience of private practice and are interested in growing your private practice with the support of a highly qualified and experienced team. 

• 65% of income from private fee income, so that your total monthly fee income can be in the range of £6,500 - £12,000. 
• Offering £11.00 per UDA - 3000 - 4500 UDA
• 50/50 split on NHS and Private.
• Up to £4,000 paid towards the cost of your post –graduate education.
• A busy practice with lots of opportunity to provide private dental treatments - Invisalign, whitening, cosmetic smile makeovers, composites?

This is a beautiful, 7 surgery practice fully equipped with digital x-rays, 3D imaging, 3 shape scanner, endo microscope, Itero scanner, Intraoral cameras in each surgery and computerised using SOE.

The suitable candidate will have some private experience of the following - Restorative Dentistry, Invisalign, Smile Makeover, Private Endo and will want to invest in their post-graduate restorative education and training in – composites / Invisalign / smile makeovers. Honour Health is looking for someone who wants to continually learn and develop their skills.
