Dental Practice Manager / Loughborough, Leicestershire / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Loughborough, Leicestershire to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available immediately or notice periods taken into consideration.
• Full time Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30.
• Salary up to £32000 per annum depending on experience.
• Additional financial bonus schemes on offer.
• Practice Manager will ideally be from a private background however NHS management experience will be considered.
• Duties include managing front of house, booking patients, staff rotas, managing policies and CQC regulations. An understanding of P/L, marketing and good commercial awareness would be desirable.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of previous dental management experience.
• Established private practice with 4 surgeries, using Dentally software.
• Services include sedation, implants, ortho, endo and facial aesthetics.
• Well equipped with CBCT/OPG, Microscope, lasers, digital rads and intra oral scanner.
• Free onsite parking.
