Regional Area Manager

North West region - Full-Time, Permanent contract, Up to £40k + car allowance dependent on experience
AREA MANAGER – North West - JOB REF: JO24350

Our client, an Independent Group are now recruiting for an Area Manager to start working in the North West, covering Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Yorkshire.

The role requires you to be responsible for 10 - 15 practices within a geographical area ensuring each practice performs and delivers to the Company’s expectations in clinical standards, compliance, financial performance, staff management and reporting. To support the Practice Managers in staffing issues, recruitment, NHS and Private revenue delivery, marketing initiatives and be an accessible link to Senior Management and Board of Directors

·Full time with flexibility to work after hours and weekends
·Responsible for 10 - 15 practices within the assigned geographical area
·Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities through action planning - NHS and Private
·Actively track and support the Practices to achieve budget and their clinical, operation and financial KPIs
·To support, implement and deliver on supply chain efficiencies.
·Build multi-disciplinary relationships across practice teams e.g. for PM/ Nurses/ Receptionists 
·Liaise with the National Clinical Manager & Head of Operations
·Management of Practice Managers
·Monitor and Ensure QCQ compliance

Requirements
·Valid drivers licence
·Strong Leadership skills with exceptional Financial, Sales & Marketing skills
·Operations understanding
·Computer literate
·Proof of right to work in the UK
·DBS
