The ideal candidate should have a good experience of general dental care, must be hard-working, conscientious and caring. The successful applicant will be joining a modern, family-run, independent four-surgery practice with a very loyal and experienced staff. All surgeries have modern, up-to-date equipment.
The practice is in the heart of a local family community that also serves the surrounding areas. Treatment on all adults is done on an independent, fee-per-item basis. Treatment on children is done under an NHS contract.
The ideal candidate should be registered with the GDC, have their own valid indemnity and an active performer number. Remuneration is 45% of all private fees with 50% of lab bills. The UDA value is calculated at £11/UDA. If performance targets are met, there is scope for an additional payment to be discussed.
