Remuneration: Circa £35,000

Description: Part time Performer dentist required for 3 days (Mon, Wed + Thur 8am-2pm) in a busy, mixed practice near near Newton Solney, Derbyshire.
•    2500 UDAs at £12 per UDA
•    Fully computerised surgeries
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary endo
•    OPG Machine
•    Apex Locator
•    Full support team including a hygienist
•    Existing well maintained patient list
•    20 minutes to Derby, 45 minutes to Nottingham, 50 minutes to Birmingham.
•    Available January, start date negotiable

  - UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
