The University of Portsmouth Dental Academy invites applications for a full time Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Dental Public Health/Public Health. This post provides an exciting opportunity to join the Dental Academy at a transformative time when the development of research and innovation are high on the agenda.
The role involves contributing to and initiating dental public health related research, including the development of primary care based dental research in Portsmouth. You will also teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Applicants should hold a Primary Degree in a Health Care related discipline, a doctorate level qualification (or working towards) and have experience, knowledge and excellent skills in Dental / General Public Health and/or Health Services Research. A demonstrable record of publishing scientific papers and the potential to attract funding is essential.
