Remuneration: Circa £50,000+

Description: Part time Performer Dentist required for 2 days (flexible) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.
•    Optional Saturdays mornings available
•    2000-4000 UDAs at £11-£12.30 per UDA depending on experience
•    50% split on private
•    50% split on lab bills
•    Fully computerised surgeries
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary endo
•    Full support team including a therapist
•    Existing, well maintained list
•    15 minutes to Durham, 25 minutes to Sunderland and Newcastle.
•    Available now, start date negotiable.

  - UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
