Practice Manager

A new opportunity has become available for a Practice Manager to join an established practice located in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.

Start date - As soon as possible.

This is a full time role, working between Monday - Friday, from 8.30am - 5.30pm

All candidates must have dental experience and Practice managerial experience within the dental sector.

Suitable applicants will be responsible for :

To carry out management duties to ensure effective running of the Practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Management Team.
To liaise with the Receptionists, Nurses and Clinical Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice as a whole.
To ensure the practice meets standards set by government legislation including but not limited to CQC and HTM 01-05.

Employment Duties:

To perform a high quality management service in areas of the practice finance, personnel, health and safety, stock control and clinical governance including all practice audits.
To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the team.
To liaise with the Senior Management Team on all matters concerning finance, administration, pay and service conditions.
To supervise all staff in the practice other than dentists, hygienists and therapists in regard to clinical matters.
To work with a number of external organisations, groups and individuals and carry out these tasks to a high standard of professionalism

Good supportive team and good support system from Head office.

Pay: £26-28k per annum (depending on experience)
