Dental Associate

This Independent Mixed practice located in Kent, are looking for an experienced associate to work on a permanent basis.

Practice require the new associate to work Full time at their Ashford site.

This is a Full time role working:

Mondays                           8am-5.30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8am-7pm
Wednesdays:                    8am-6pm
Fridays:                              8am-5pm

ASAP start date.

Practice have 5000 UDAs on offer. Practice are looking to offer £11 per UDA.
50% Split on all private work carried out and 50% lab bills.
Practice will offer a salary, on the basis of the above rates

Practice is 60% NHS and 40% private. Huge private potential on offer,

Practice have experienced nurses/Decon nurses and supportive team members on sites.

7 Surgery site. Practice is fully equipped and computerised using SOE. Digital X-rays/CT Scanners on site.

Successful Candidates must have:
Experience in private and NHS (good all-round GDP) 
Great diagnostic skills with the ability to treatment plan and sell it.
Must be Confident to gross highly
Must have a Can-do attitude
Will take on a list, but sales skills to increase the list
Must have experience in the UK

Candidates MUST ideally have experience within the following areas:
Invisalign Full cases
Composite Bonding
Veneers
Whitening
Cosmetics
