Due to the principal stepping back from clinical duties, this lovely independent dental practice has a vacancy for a part-time associate (Two days, Tuesday and Wednesday) with an NHS list of 1000 patients to transfer, with good additional private income. 

Tuesday 8-7, Wednesday 8-7

This is a longstanding team of three dentists, with one associate commuting from Edinburgh by train (20 minutes).  The practice is well-equipped and modern with two surgeries, established in 1945, it is fully computerised (SOE), digital radiograph, rotary endo as standard, clinipads and a very stable workforce with extremely low staff turnover, providing a fully supportive team.

This is a rapidly expanding seaside town in East Lothian with good transport links. Edinburgh is just 20 minutes away by train or a 30-minute drive.  The practice is a two-minute walk to the sea.  It is very much central to the community, you will build long-term relationships, you will know your patients as soon as you see them, providing you with a very rewarding career, in professional and friendly surroundings.  Both patients and staff are great, with some staff with the practice for nearly 20 years, one of which winning a Dentistry Scotland Award for Most Valued Team Member. 

There is great potential for private dentistry at the practice; patients are very receptive and dentists do well here.  The practice is busy and has a waiting list of 1500, with a demand for facial aesthetics and implants, thus, if you have skills in these areas you will be well suited, this though is not a prerequisite.

The principal plans to retire in circa six years, thus there is also a good opportunity to buy in in the future.
