Area Manager

This striving ,growing small group of private practices, are looking to recruit for an experienced Operations Manager to start immediately (Notice periods accepted)

We are now working alongside this independent body, whom own 5 Fully private Dental practices in London, who are rapidly expanding. Due to this expansion they are now looking for a experienced Operations manager.

Successful candidates will be responsible of practices in the London/Kent Regions. 4 clinics being in London and one in Kent

-The Operation Manager will be responsible of day to day running of the 5 practices, 
-Candidates are expected to inspect the sites mentioned above.
-Mainly based at the Lewisham site, with travelling to the other clinics.

-Suitable candidates must illustrate Dental experience and Management experience
-Must have good communication skills, Must be good team player.
-Must be dedicated ,committed with travelling to all sites .
-Candidates must be reliable
-Must have the drive and determination to assist in managing and growing the business.
-Must be comfortable in driving

Other duties will vary from dealing with:
-Recruitment - Vacancies, contracts, Job offers
-Budgets 
-Reporting to the CEO
-Managing the Practice Managers
-Must ensure all protocol's and correct procedures are carried out in alignment with the CQC and HTM01-05 guidelines and regulations.
-Complaints
-Acquisitions 

All candidates MUST be strong applicants, with great leadership skills.
Must have high levels of management experience 
MUST have Dental experience.

All clinics are of a very high standard, all fully private, state of the art.

In return the practice will offer :
