Associate Dentist

This practice are looking to recruit for a Permanent associate, to start as soon as possible, to work at their Mixed, busy clinic, located in Aylesford (Kent)

This role is to work:
5 days per week, from Monday to Friday.

Working hours from 8.30am-5.30pm

Permanent position to start ASAP. Notice periods considered.

There are 6000 UDAS on offer and the practice are looking to pay £11 per UDA. A Lab bills will be split 50/50 and private will be split 50%
However this clinic are paying associates the equivalent of the UDA allocation monthly as per the NHS COVID guidelines.

4 mixed surgery sites , fully equipped and computerised practice, using R4 Practice has Digital Xrays on site. 25% private revenue. 

This practice is rapidly expanding with aspirations to make high quality NHS and private dentistry. This practice prides itself in supporting their associates to ensure their working time as an associate is engaging and well supported. Therefore this practice has developed a bespoke associate support programme to ensure all of their associates are supported in a manner that allows them to flourish and succeed.

These areas include:
-Clinical Support: The owner has been practising dentistry for a longitudinal period and is also a clinical advisor for NHS England, therefore all clinical support is provided.

-Management Support: This practice has a Full time manager on site. All managers have also trained as Nurses. They support associates day to day, whether it be looking into a new materials that an associate may request or assisting with software support.

-CPD Support:This practice offers a range of opportunities to allow associates to develop their skills. This includes simple software training or negotiating group training with diverse aspects of Dentistry. They also assist and guide their associates who wish to further their knowledge and clinical skills in a variety of areas such as implant and facial aesthetics courses amongst others.

-Legislation support:This clinic is part of the Comply Clinical Governance programme, that all associates have access to. This database provides an array of learning tools related to legislation and compliance in dentistry and a system that they follow across their organisation to ensure their standards are high at all times.

-Financial Support: They  provide a detailed associate pay statement showing all payments and expenses, UDA and Key performance indicators data with graphical representation, allowing associates to manage their UDA targets easily.They also manage associates pensions submissions and calculations to ensure all associates are benefiting from the NHS pension scheme.

Candidates must have an active performer number and experience within the UK.
