Associate Dentist

The Practice is located on Oxford Road in the small market town of Hay-on-Wye. Established in the 1980s, it was originally situated at what is now The Table Gallery in Lion Street and relocated to the current, larger premises in January 2000. 

We have a unique opportunity for an Associate to join the practice on a full-time basis. You will be taking over the existing NHS contract (6300+ UDAs), and can build a private patient list. It is a fantastic chance for an experienced practitioner to take ownership of the role. 

As a dental practice we are fanatical about hygiene, and now even more than ever. We’ve redesigned how we operate to allow for social distancing, as well as a full a decontamination clean of the practice between patients.

Work hours & Benefits 

• Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm 
• Friday 9am – 4pm 
• Four surgery, single story practice 
• Chance to work alongside the Specialist Implantologist and Specialist Endodontist once a month, and complete the restorative stage of the treatment 
• Full clinical freedom within your GDC remit

Qualifications / Skills 

• GDC registration 
• NHS performer number 
• Valid indemnity cover and DBS check 
• Fully compliant with a good understanding of CQC 
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills 
• Strong teamwork ability with an enthusiastic attitude
