The Birmingham School of Dental Hygiene and Therapy are currently recruiting to the following teaching positions:

Both posts will be involved in course development, clinical supervision and lecturing to an intake of 28 students per year on the BSc Dental Hygiene and Therapy Programme.  Applicants must hold current GDC registration, have significant post qualification experience and be currently undertaking clinical practice.

Specialty Dentist in Restorative Dentistry (820-2473027-DEN)

3 days per week

Salary £40,037 - £74,661 (pro rata for part-time)

This post requires an interest in Restorative dentistry including Periodontology and Paediatric dentistry, and experience of working with Dental Hygienists and Therapists is desirable. 

Tutor Dental Hygienist &Therapist (820-2473174-DEN)

3 days per week

Salary £38,890 – £44,503 (pro rata for part-time)

This post requires a wide range of experience in providing Restorative dentistry for children and adults and experience of managing patients with advanced periodontal disease.
