Applications are invited for a replacement substantive post. This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead the Orthodontic Team at the Jersey General Hospital and to relocate to the Island of Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the successful applicant to relocate to the Island.

The post holder will be involved in weekly joint clinics with the Oral and Maxillofacial Consultants. The Community Dental service comprising of Dental Officers and a Restorative Consultant are base in the same department. The department is a modern facility with six surgeries. This is a substantive post, the focus of which is to maintain the delivery of Orthodontic services and provide the best possible care to patients. Candidates will be required to have a strong background in all aspects of the speciality.

Full travelling expenses are paid from a UK port of entry, with a generous relocation package available and the appointee may take advantage of Jersey taxation policies. The post attracts residential qualifications and Jersey has excellent affordable private education for children.

Under Jersey Law, applicants must possess full registration with the General Dental Council.
