Assistant Dental Practice Manager

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Dental Practice Manager to join a well-established and forward thinking dental practice in the Broxbourne area on a Full time or Part time permanent basis.

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working within a dental practice OR previous experience of people management.

• Up to £10 per hour (depending on experience)

About the practice:

• Air conditioning in all practices
• Staff parking available
• 5 surgeries practice 
• Fully Digital, using SOE, with Rotary Endo’s, Digital x-rays, Intra Oral cameras for impressions, CBCT Scanner
• Excellent range of materials which include Dental Directory, Venus Pearl and Capsulated Materials.
• General Dental Practice, with regular treatments Cosmetic Treatment requests, along with Facial Aesthetics, Invisalign, Short Term Ortho, Implants, Smile Makeovers etc

The role will involve:

• Supporting clinicians to achieve their personal and practice goals
• Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers
• Ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines
• Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
