We are working with a team of dentists and investors, looking for a confident and motivated dentist to join their partnership structure as a Principal Dentist/Practicing Partner in an established practice. 

This is a partnership structure that provides practitioners with the finance and back-room support to own and run an independent practice as the Practicing Partner, with an experienced clinical partnership team to support them.

For the incoming partner in Southampton, there are up to 5 available days of dentistry with between 4000-6000 UDAs available as desired and substantial private income potential. The outgoing principal is agreeable to a sensible handover period and support for the incoming partner.

Practice turnover is presently in the region of £620,000 with the incoming Principal/Partner anticipated to earn a net income (EBITDA) of £140-160k in the first year and with scope for this to continue to grow as the practice develops further.

You'll be working with an experienced team of clinicians and management with a proven track record of developing and growing successful dental practices and with a passion for high quality "independent" dental practices which serve their local communities.
