About the Role

This is full time Mon - Fri role for an independent associate dentist, in a fully private, predominantly fee per item with some capitation/membership/plan patients too, to work across both practices. 45% split on Private; 50% split on Labs

About You

You will be an experienced general Associate Dentist who is looking to provide high quality dentistry, with either a Specialist interest in Implants or Orthodontics, would be considered advantageous

You must be a team player, be genuinely committed to your work, understand time management and have excellent communicative patient skills.

Skills

You will need:

• High standards of clinical ability
• A minimum of 1 year experience in private practice
• Specialist interest in Implants and or Orthodontics would be favourable
• A varied set of general dental skills and have good communication skills to offer a professional and personable service to all our patients and be well mannered and groomed at all times.
• The ability to build relationships with patients and colleagues
• To have level communication and interpersonal skills, for interaction with patients of all ages and backgrounds;
• Have a flexible approach
• Interest in the welfare of others in a sympathetic manner, particularly to deal with patient's fears
• Information technology skills
• Knowledge Software of Excellence software expected

Qualifications

You must have an approved degree in dentistry to practice as a dentist and be GDC registered.

Invisalign / Short term orthodontics and Specialist Interest in Implants preferred but not essential

Additional specialism or wishing to undertake appropriate courses to enhance your dental career are fully encouraged, particularly as expansion and excellent growth will meet our long-term patient demand.

You will have a minimum of no less than 1 year working in a fully private practice.

UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
Indemnity certificate
Passport
Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
