Dental Group Operations Manager / Wiltshire / £60K

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental group to recruit a Dental Operations Manager to join their team.

• Full time position, Monday to Friday.
• Salary up to £60k depending on experience.
• All candidates must have extensive experience of dental and a strong understanding of the private sector within dentistry.
• Dental Group Operations Manager will be managing practices across the UK and ideally must live within travelling distance from Wiltshire.
• You will already be working in a similar position or ready to ready to move to that next stage of your career.
• Overall responsibility for day to day running of practices and ongoing development of all practices within the UK and working very closely with all dental practice managers and operations director.
• Working to and exceeding KPIs for each practice.
• Financial reporting to senior Directors.
• Developing business strategies and Marketing.
• HR / Training / Recruitment / Appraisals.
