Associate Dentist Aberdeen City

We are currently looking for a full time Associate Dentist to join our busy team at Woodside Dental Practice. 

Woodside Dental Practice is a long established practice located in Aberdeen City. 

We are a 4 surgery practice with 4 Dentists and Hygienist supported by a Practice Manager and fully qualified/highly experienced nursing team. We boast modern equipment and facilities and provide a wide range of treatments including in house dental implants, adult short-term orthodontics, Facial aesthetics etc.

The practice has a healthy mix of NHS/Private/Denplan patients. The successful candidate would initially inherit a NHS list of 1600 patients with up to a further 1100 patients to be filtered to this list over the initial few months. They will have access to a dedicated fully qualified nurse and work from a bright airy surgery overlooking our garden to the rear of the property.

There is an absolute clinical freedom and the practice offers rotary endo, quality materials, is fully computerised (SOE) and access to phosphor plate radiographs to ensure the best patient care possible.

The practice currently accepts approximately 20 new NHS/Private patients per week.

Candidate Requirements;

GDC registered

Completed VT training

UK VT Number and knowledge of Scottish NHS system

Enthusiastic and motivated

47% NHS and Private

Expected Start Date would be July/August 2020. Proposed working hours would be (although some adjustment to these would be considered where possible);

Monday 8.30am – 5pm

Tuesday 2pm - 5pm

Wednesday 8.30am – 6pm

Thursday 8.30am – 5 pm

Friday 8.30am – 2pm

Estimate pay £70-90,000 per annum
