Practice Manager - Euston

The Dental Centre are recruiting a Practice Manager for their state-of-the-art, Denplan accredited practice in the heart of Euston, London.

Established for more than 60 years they offer private and provide NHS services to UCL students.   This is an amazing opportunity to take over from the retiring Practice Manager and enjoy a period of handover.  The role is a permanent position 4/5 days a week Monday through Friday.  As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for driving performance by delivering objectives relating to revenue targets, KPIs and cost management. You will recruit, retain and directly manage a team of professional clinicians, nurses, receptionists and support staff. You will also be responsible for marketing, audit and financial processes, which must be completed to both company and CQC standards.  You will enjoy considerable responsibility and autonomy yet receive support from senior management.

You will have, motivation and drive to make the role your own and successful.  You will have first class interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholder relationships.  Organisation skills including prioritising important deadlines whilst managing reactive business needs are also a must.  You will have strong commercial awareness/business acumen coupled with experience of analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make problem solving commercial decisions relating to the practice.  You will have good people management experience including conducting one-to-ones, performance reviews and managing staff development.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a dental environment as a practice manger with a background in nursing.  However applications from those who have gained management experience in the healthcare industry will also be considered.
