Job Details
I am looking to recruit for an independently owned fully private dental practice based in Norwood Junction for a dental receptionist and treatment coordinator. Due to new ownership this full digital private practice is growing their team. Great travel links to local train station of Norwood junction. Practice offers a full range of dental services and specialises in implants, Orthodontics and Invisalign.
Due to new ownership they are looking for a Receptionist/ treatment coordinator , you will be:-
- The first point of contact for all private patients at the practice
- Organising the dentist diary and planning in all treatments
- Overseeing the running of the front desk and the patient feedback
Skills / Background / Qualifications needed:-
- Experience at a private dental or medical practice
- Portuguese speaking would be a real benefit
- Ideally holding a GDC number or having had dental nurse experience
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Digital and marketing knowledge would be a benefit
Benefits
- Hourly rate of between £12-£14 per hour 36 hour contract
- 28 days holiday per annum
