Experienced Associate Dentist

Experienced associate dentist required for a fully private, independently owned dental practice in a large Worcestershire village close to Worcester, Droitwich, Stourport-on-Severn and Kidderminster.

The practice ethos is based on prevention, working closely with a team of friendly, qualified RDNs who carry out disclosing and oral health advice to all our patients over 6 years old during their recall visits.

The practice was established 23 years ago and after a major rebuild and refurbishment boasts 3 fully equipped modern surgeries, decon room, digital x-rays including OPG, rotary endo and a clinical computer system (Paragon by Dentsys).

The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, experience in all aspects of general dentistry with a preventive outlook and a desire to provide a high quality service to our patients including out of hours emergency cover. Initially 4 days a week with a view to partnership / practice purchase in the future. Remuneration would be around £100K  per annum, pro rata, depending on experience and hours worked. The candidate must be able to drive.
