Dental Receptionist

Looking for a New challenge within the Dental sector?

This Mixed clinic, are looking to recruit for a Dental Receptionist To start ASAP.

This position is located in the heart of London (E17 Area)  located within the Walthamstow region , commutable from Stratford, Hackney, Woodford etc

This is a Full time role, working:
Mondays:                   8.45-7pm
Tuesday to Thursday:8am-5.30pm
Fridays:                       8.15-3.30pm

Start Date: ASAP ideally, will consider all notice periods.

Requirements:
UK experience
Having Dental Receptionist Experience would be desirable. Not essential
Must have Reception experience. Coming from a medical background or Dental or similar.
Must be organised.

Duties will vary from:
Answering calls
Booking in Appointments
Meeting/Greeting patients
Offering high standard customer service
Taking payments
Oversee the collection of data for both marketing and financial reporting.
Ensuring the desk is ran smoothly
Excellent Oral and Written skills

Pay: £11.50ph DOE.

This is a Mixed clinic, consisting of 4 surgeries. Fully equipped, Digital Xrays on site. Fully computerised using Ismile
