Practice Manager

An experienced and motivated Practice Manager is required for this lovely, family friendly and long established private practice to the north of Manchester. 

The practice has a loyal and established patient base and benefits from being fully digitised with recently updated surgeries and equipment throughout. 

You will be working alongside an experienced team of 4 dentists, nursing and support staff most of which have been long standing employees of the business. 

Applicants should have demonstrable practice management - ideally in a Private or mixed NHS/Private practice setting, combining a good understanding of efficient diary management, stock management and control as well as management of staff on a day to day basis. 

While the practice benefits from a good quality compliance, the incoming Practice Manager should have a good understanding of CQC regulatory requirements and be comfortable managing and maintaining all aspects of practice compliance including regular audits as required - assisted by external consultants as required. 

A good understanding of patient communication and customer services is also a pre-requisite and we would expect the practice manager to be regularly customer facing in order to assess patient feedback and ongoing practice performance.
