Endodontist

*SPECIALIST ENDODONTIST Required in the SW9 Area of London (Brixton)*

Commutable from areas such as Clapham, Battersea, Herne Hill. Also accessible from central London

This Mixed, Family run Dental practice are looking to recruit for an Endodontist to start in January 2020. This position is for a NHS level 2 Endodontic provision at Brixton.

Sessions available depending on the Endodontist. Candidates have the flexibility in working Full time or Part time.

Hours of work 0900-1730 (Again these can be adjusted)

There is no book to take over from.However The Endodontic referrals from the GDP's go to the hospital and those the hospital see are appropriate for level 2 treatment, are then sent to this practice for treatment. 

Currently this practice are booked into mid January. They have plenty of referrals

Ideally candidates need to be on the specialist register, however the practice will consider somebody with a masters in Endo, as the practice will support candidates in becoming an Endodontist performer. 

A performer number is required .However if a candidate is on the specialist register, but has no performer number, the practice will assist in getting one, by filling out an application with the cases. This will be assessed by a panel to see if the candidate is acceptable for level 2 treatment. The panel meets next in March 2020.

The remuneration on offer is 50% of each case completed. (Which is £180)

Brand new surgeries in place with equipment. Each surgery has a microscope and they also have an in house OPG machine. 

Fantastic support system as the owners are also practitioners. Supportive colleagues and nurses on hand.

Car parking available off street which is pay and display. Closest tube station is Brixton, Victoria line. 

All candidates must be fully qualified and GDC registered with an active performer number, indemnified with UK experience.
