Practice Manager

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join a well established and forward thinking dental practice in the Benfleet area for a full time 9 month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working within a dental practice OR previous experience of people management.

The role will involve:

• Coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team
• Planning income targets for practice, then reviewing & analysing P&L to ensure you achieve or exceed
• Supporting clinicians to achieve their personal and practice goals
• Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers
• Ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines
• Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
