Associate Dentist

We are recruiting a Part Time Experienced Associate Dentist to join our mixed, Private and NHS dental practice.

About Us 

We are a 3 surgery independent practice based in a beautiful village named 'Birchington' which is located near the sea in Kent.  We are an established practice with a large patient base of both Private and NHS patient's.

The surgery has been open in the village for more than 20 years.  It was taken over just short of 3 years ago and the practice was relocated just a few buildings along in the village to allow the practice to expand and offer a more modern and higher quality practice to it's patients.  Since the new ownership the patient base has grown considerably along with the happy and friendly atmosphere with both staff and patient's.

We are based just a short walk from Birchington Railway Station and located in the centre of the village high street.

We pride ourselves on our friendly team and providing quality dentistry, combined with a calm and efficient service.

About You 

You will be a gentle and experienced Associate Dentist of whom is looking to provide quality dentistry.

You must be a team player, be genuinely committed to your work and have excellent communicative patient skills.

Skills 

High standard of clinical ability

Kind and caring Dentist

A minimum of 3 years working within general practice

The ability to build relationships with patient's and colleagues

Interest in the welfare of others in a sympathetic manner, particularly to deal with nervous patient's

Hours Of Work 

Part Time - 2 clinical days on a Thursday and Friday each week.

Your clinical days will begin at 9am and end at 5pm with an hours lunch each day from 1pm to 2pm.

Qualifications 

You must have an approved degree in dentistry to practice as a Dentist and be GDC registered.

You must have an approved performer number also to work with NHS patient's.

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience of working within general practice.
