Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join Damira Dental Studios Ltd. as a Dual Site Dental Practice Manager at our dental practices in Twickenham and Surrey.
Damira Dental Studios is owned and run by Anushika Brogan, Managing and Clinical Director, who is still a practising dentist.
Our expanding group has 23 practices with more than 150 dentists, specialists, hygienists and therapists providing high quality patient care.
Offering modern, well-equipped facilities, our dynamic and expanding group offers NHS, private and specialist care.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Dentistry
- Friendly and flexible
- Pro-active and motivated
- Well presented, reliable, and supportive
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with good people management skills
The role will involve:
- Responsibility for the day to day running of the practice
- Managing and motivating staff
- Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies
- Working in a fully computerised practice using SOE and MPC software
- Compliance with CQC regulations
- Stock and inventory control
- Management of dentist’s diaries and UDA targets
- Patient complaints
- Financial management of the practice including banking, authorising invoices and producing cash reports
- Induction of support staff and dentists
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, negotiable depending on experience
Location: Twickenham, TW1 4QW and Surrey.
Experience: Previous experience of working within a dental practice OR previous experience of people management essential
Training: Full training will be provided
