PRIVATE DENTAL CLINIC - ASSOCIATE AND VT ROLES

A rare opportunity has arisen to join Bradley and Partners Dental and Implant clinic.  

We are a large independent dental practice with 8 chairs and an on-site laboratory.  We are heavily invested in digital workflow with CBCT and Digital Impressions which is complemented by laboratory scanners and milling/printing (some of which is outsourced).  

The clinic is set in an imposing and rather grand detached regency house in the centre of Canterbury.  This is one of the oldest dental clinics in the country.  The clinic engenders a 'sense of arrival' both for us who work there and for our lovely and loyal patients. 

We are a multi-disciplinary practice and each dentist brings a special interest to the clinic eg endo, sedation, perio etc.  We have helpful and friendly colleagues and a friendly and efficient management structure.  We are also a local centre for implant referrals. 

You must be driven, energetic and motivated,  You must be well presented and you must be an excellent communicator,  You must work well as part of a large team in a family practice.  You must be diligent and ethical.

There are 2 roles available:

1.  A private VT position,  This role involves seeing but it also includes mentorship in all aspects of dentistry including implanvology and entrepreneurship.  This is a salaried position and would suit a young dentist,  Salary negotiable but based on VDP rates.  Normally the candidate would be expected to be taken on as an associate after 12 months.

2.  Associate position.  This is full time or part time.  Would suit an experienced dentist,  Pay is based on 45% for private fee per item and Denplan worked days.  Earnings are essentially unlimited depending and directly related to the calibre and experience of the candidate.
