Looking for a New challenge within the Dental sector?
This Fully private clinic, are looking to recruit for a practice Manager who can take the practice to another level.
This position is located in the heart of London (SE1 Region), located within central London, commutable from Westminster and Waterloo Stations
This is a Flexible role, working 3-5 days of the week, from Monday to Friday. Working 8am-6pm
Start Date: ASAP ideally, will consider all notice periods.
The right person for the role;
Having Dental background and Experience will be essential, as the practice are looking for candidates that have CQC experience and knowledge
Grow the business
Must be well spoken
Good communication skills
Being GDC registered is desirable and not essential.
Suitable applicants will be responsible :
To carry out management duties to ensure effective running of the Practice
To liaise with the Receptionists, Nurses and Clinical Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice as a whole.
To ensure the practice meets standards set by government legislation including but not limited to CQC and HTM 01-05.
Employment Duties:
To perform a high quality management service in areas of the practice finance, personnel, health and safety, stock control and clinical governance including all practice audits.
To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the team.
To work with a number of external organisations, groups and individuals and carry out these tasks to a high standard of professionalism
Pay: £31k per annum DOE. Pro rata for part time days
This is a Fully private clinic, consisting of 3 surgeries. Fully equipped, Digital Xrays on site. Fully computerised using SOE.
Practice covers all aspects of Dentistry, including Dental Implants, Smile Makeovers, Facial Aesthetics, Cosmetics, Endo, Ortho, Perio, Oral Surgery.
Closest Stations: Waterloo and Westminster.
