Dental Practice Manager

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Dorchester, Dorset to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team

• Full time opportunity (4 days considered)
• Monday to Friday; 42.5 hours or 34 hours considered.
• Salary up to £35k per annum depending on experience; potentially negotiable and prorated for less hours.
• Dental Practice Manager must have a minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Private dentistry experienced preferred, however not essential.
• Must have experience & understanding of working with dental implants – essential.
• GDC registered dental nurse preferred however not essential.
• You must have commercial awareness and a good understanding of profit and loss, budgets, finance, marketing for the practice.
• Dental Practice Manager will become a CQC registered manager for the practice.
• You will have strong leadership skills, working towards practice KPIs and targets and produce timely reports when required.
• Responsibilities will include day to day running of practice, HR, rotas, staff appraisals & inductions.
• You will be working within governing body guidelines ensuring practice meets required standards with daily, weekly, monthly audits.
• The dental practice is a fully private, high end 3 surgery dental practice which is a specialist referral centre within the area, providing high end complex dental implants and specialist prosthodontics.
• The practice is state of the art with an onsite laboratory and all the latest dental technologies.
