Receptionist

Looking for a New challenge within the Dental sector?

This Fully private clinic, are looking to recruit for a Dental Receptionist who can work front house.

This position is located in the heart of London, located within the Greenwich area, commutable from a number of regions, such as Charlton, Vanbrugh Park, Deptford, Canary Warf.

This is a Full time role, working 5 days of the week, from Monday to Friday. Hours vary.

Start Date: ASAP ideally, will consider all notice periods.

Requirements:
UK experience
Having Dental experience would be advantageous not essential
Must be comfortable in working in a busy environment
1 Years minimum Experience as Receptionist

Duties will vary from:
Answering calls
Booking in Appointments
Meeting/Greeting patients
Offering high standard customer service
Taking payments
Oversee the collection of data for both marketing and financial reporting.
Ensuring the desk is ran smoothly
Excellent Oral and Written skills

Pay: £11-13ph DOE.

This is a Fully private clinic, with Den Plan in place. 4 surgery site, fully equipped, digital Xrays on site. Practice is fully digital. Fully computerised using SOE.
Practice cover all aspects of Dentistry, including Ortho, Implants, Facial Asthetics. They have specialists, Hygienists and Associates on site.

Greenwich station 200 yards from the clinic. DLR And Overground.
