Practice Manager

Looking for a New challenge within the Dental sector?

This Fully private clinic, are looking to recruit for a practice Manager who can take the practice to another level.

This position is located in the heart of London, located within the Greenwich area, commutable from a number of regions, such as Charlton, Vanbrugh Park, Deptford, Canary Warf.

This is a Flexible role, working 3-5 days of the week, from Monday to Friday. Hours vary.

Start Date: ASAP ideally, will consider all notice periods.

The right person for the role;
Having Dental background and Experience will be desirable, as the practice are looking for candidates that have CQC experience and knowledge
Must be able to move the business forward,
Drive the business
Grow the business
Must be well spoken
Good communication skills

Suitable applicants will be responsible :

To carry out management duties to ensure effective running of the Practice
Perform such tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Management Team.
To liaise with the Receptionists, Nurses and Clinical Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice as a whole.
To ensure the practice meets standards set by government legislation including but not limited to CQC and HTM 01-05.

Employment Duties:

To perform a high quality management service in areas of the practice finance, personnel, health and safety, stock control and clinical governance including all practice audits.
To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the team.
To work with a number of external organisations, groups and individuals and carry out these tasks to a high standard of professionalism

Pay: £35-40 per annum DOE. Pro rata for part time days

This is a Fully private clinic, with Den Plan in place. 4 surgery site, fully equipped, digital Xrays on site. Practice is fully digital. Fully computerised using SOE.
Practice cover all aspects of Dentistry, including Ortho, Implants, Facial Asthetics. They have specialists, Hygienists and Associates on site.

Greenwich station 200 yards from the clinic. DLR And Overground.
