Treatment Co-ordinator

This High end, Fully private practice are looking to recruit for an experienced TCO to work in the heart of London within the Dental district. Working at a Paediatric practice in Marylebone.

Practice is located in the heart of London, easily accessible from central London.

Start date: ASAP

Working from Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm/10-7pm with some Saturdays on a rota.Saturday is the busiest day, therefore working Saturdays would be imperative. Working Saturdays would result in having a day off in the week.

This Fully private practice are looking for a experienced TCO.

Requirements:
UK experience
Candidates must have Some experience as TCO
Must be comfortable in working in a busy environment
Previous nurse would be advantageous for this role.

Duties will vary from:
Providing first class customer service to patients
Outlining Pay options to patients
Feeling confident speaking with patients regarding large dental treatments
Going through treatment plans
Answering any patient queries about treatments.
Being thorough with explanations etc.
Building rapport

Candidates must be confident, smiley,Happy, Warm, welcoming, ensuring patients enter and exit the practice happily, Must be motivated etc.

Salary does depend on experience, qualification, how you come across at interview.However the practice will pay between £32-£33k.

This position has become available due to the current Treatment Co-ordinator moving to their other practice,

The Marylebone surgery is a Paediatric practice, consisting of 14 Dental surgeries.Fully private. This is a warm, energetic practice, with its own brushing stations, fun Dental chairs for children. An environment that encourages children that visiting the dentist is not a daunting experience. Fully equipped practice, computerised using SOE.

Closest Station is Marylebone, Edgware, Baker Street.
