Receptionist

*Receptionist Required in the Wimbledon area*

Looking for a change or looking to gain Orthodontic experience? This Orthodontic clinic are looking to recruit for an experienced Dental Receptionist/administrator to work in the heart of London, within the Wimbledon area (SW19 area)

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday as below:

Hours of work:
Monday either 8:30am-18:00pm or 9:30am – 19:00pm
Tuesday to Thursday, rostered, either 7:30am – 17:00pm, 8;30am - 18:00pm or 9:30am – 19:00pm
Fridays 7:30am – 16:30pm or 8:30am – 17:30pm.
Saturdays 8;30am-1:30pm. Suitable applicants must be able to work up to, two Saturdays a month from 8:30 to 1:30.

Start date: ASAP

This practice are looking for a very experienced Receptionist.

Requirements:
UK experience
Having Dental Experience is a must
Must be comfortable in working in a busy environment
Candidates must live local to the Wimbledon area,

Duties will vary from:
Answering calls
Booking in Appointments
Meeting/Greeting patients
Offering high standard customer service
Taking payments
Oversee the collection of data for both marketing and financial reporting.
Ensuring the desk is ran smoothly
Excellent Oral and Written skills

Salary does depend on experience and how you come across at interview.However the practice will pay up to a maximum of £22,000 per annum

This is a busy 5 surgery clinic, fully equipped and computerised using Orthotrac
