Dental Practice Manager

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Market Harborough, Leicestershire who are looking to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Mixed practice.
• Full time opportunity.
• Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 6pm.
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
• The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and with a strong dental background.  You will be comfortable working in a team; successfully leading and mentoring to meet and exceed NHS and private targets.
• Responsibilities include marketing, patient feedback, staff development, compliance of the practice, managing KPI’s and practice budgets.
• Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader.
• The practice has 5 surgeries.
• Fully digital with SOE Exact.
• Parking is available at the practice.
