The salary will be paid at Grade clinical teacher, £32,569 to £60,589 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of £2,162 per annum London Allowance (pro rata).
One post will be offered on an indefinite contract and one will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
This is a part-time post – 20-40% full time equivalent.

Part-time clinical teachers are required to teach Oral Surgery at an undergraduate level. Teaching is mainly clinical supervision but also involves delivering tutorials and direct student feedback. Support is provided. Teachers may be asked to work at any of the KCLDI sites. Teachers with a specialist background in Oral Surgery or generalist dentists, are required. One fixed-term 1 year contracts and one indefinite contract will be offered.
Applicants should be fully GDC Registered Dentists with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Applicants from a general practice environment are encouraged and the Institute also values postgraduate qualifications, employing specialist clinical teachers in Oral Surgery.
The selection process will include a panel interview.
