LOCUM DENTIST – Larbert, Stirling & Falkirk, FK5 - JOB REF: JO21521
We need a Locum Dentist with an active Scottish List Number to start working in Larbert, Stirling & Falkirk:
Independently owned practice
Maternity cover contract from October 2019 for approximately 6 months
4 days a week - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 08:00-18:00; Friday 08:00-17:00 (first patient is at 08:20)
£400 / day
50% labs split
No targets - patient first approach
Potential for long term position
Large and established NHS list to cover
Long established 3 surgery practice
Good opportunity for private dentistry

Excellent transport links (road, rail and bus)
Free parking in public car park or on-street
It is preferable for candidates to either:
1) Have an existing and valid Forth Valley Health Board number
2) Have had an NHS Scotland health board list number issued within the last twelve months
A Forth Valley list number is required for the candidate to be able to provide NHS services. The above make the process of obtaining a list number significantly quicker. It’s important as part of this process that they you have recent and complete references available. You will also be required to allow NHS Forth Valley to apply for a PVG certificate.
REQUIREMENTS:
GDC registration and certificate
Active Scottish List Number
Valid indemnity insurance
Proof of right to work in the UK
