This Mixed Dental practice are looking to recruit for a locum Dentist to cover:
From 02/09/2019 - 21/10/2019 covering Mondays 08:00 - 17:00
From 27/08/2019 - 22/10/2019 covering Tuesdays 08:00 - 17:00
From 28/08/2019 - 22/10/2019 covering Wednesdays 08:00 - 17:00
From 29/08/2019 - 24/10/2019 covering Thursdays 08:00 - 17:00
From 30/08/2019 - 25/10/2019 covering Fridays 08:00 - 17:00
30 UDAS. £400 Day rate
£12 per UDA under/over achieved
All candidates must be fully qualified and GDC registered , fully Indemnified.Performer number needed
Candidates must have all in date compliance documents.
